Lizzy got to be in a Parade of Honor for her Versatility Excellent and received a beautiful ribbon and she also got a leg of Master Earthdog. It was her 7th.
Misty was second in her class in open bitches.
Misty is my first conformation dog, this was my first Specialty and I have only been showing for 1-1/2 years so I was pretty happy and very proud of my girls. more >
Mac has been progressively getting worse around other dogs, and after a seminar with Debbie Calnon a month or so ago I devised a plan. This was not her recommendations, but a plan inspired by what she spoke about.
I have recently been inspired to actually put my plan into action after Mac has started to destroy things in the house. Because he is dog aggressive (or at the very least, dog reactive), I haven't been walking him and this has probably resulted in some boredom.

Misty got her JE title and Lizzie got a 6th leg of ME.
We had a judge that hunts his BT's and he said that Liz is a real pro as she just ignores her brace mate and hunts. more >
Lizzy recently finished her RA. We are going to practice for an RE, but with Lizzy it is hard to tell what will happen. We have never NQ'd in Rally, but it is possible at any time with Liz. more >
Lizzy needed two legs to get her Rally Advanced Title and we qualified all three days last weekend so we have an insurance leg.
She got her Border Terrier club of America Versatility Award last summer and now that she has her advanced title in Rally she should qualify for the Versatility Excellent.
Misty and I are taking Agility classes and hopefully will be ready to compete at the BT Specialty in late September.
