Description of the Border
MacDogald and I were meant to be. I wanted a dog (not a bitch). He was going to be Mac. I wanted a red. After the breeder's first bitch has problems, I had to wait for the next litter. In this litter, there was only one boy born, and two girls. He was red, and born with an abstract white 'M' on his chest. I know Mac was meant to be mine, and I wouldn't have him any other way. If I hadn't of had the 'wait' I wouldn't have become interested in the many facets of dogs that I am today, especially conformation.
Unfortunately, I could not continue showing Mac. He had an undescendent testicle, which maybe him unsuitable to show. He also has quite a bad heart murmur, so he was unsuitable to in this regard too. So Mac is a happy housepet.
We have taken part in some obedience events, and I do enjoy this and the challenges a terrier presents.
