Rules

No personal attacks
This includes personal insults, name calling, attacks, slander. Arguements are welcomed, encouraged and inevitable, but personal attacks are not part of a good arguement.

Do not lie
People may interpret a lie as something real, and it could produce harmful consequences. Please only post what you know is true.

No trolling or responding to trolls
Trolling posts are those that are posted deliberately to get a rise out of people. Posting such is forbidden, as is replying to these posts. Unjustified opinions, with no reasoning or factual backup, is also trolling.

Do not advertise dogs or puppies for sale or up for stud
This includes linking to sites that are advertising dogs or puppies.

No inappropriate content
Inappropriate posts are those that are obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory posts, and swearing (Swearing, whether directed at someone or not, without abbreviations or with). Linking to other websites that contain inappropriate content is also against the rules. Please note this rule includes remarks hinting at such things, even if with humorous intent. This is to ensure that this site is appropriate for all ages.

Critique upon request only
Individuals are bound to post images of their dogs and request critiques from their fellows. It is only in these circumstances may critiques take place. Critiques are not to be offered, only asked for.

Supporting rule breakers
Publicly posting your support, or applauding rule breaking, will also not be tolerated.

Etiquette

Be respectful of others. Respect the fact that other members might have an opinion that is different to yours. Opinions should always be backed up. Do not bash a member simply because they have a different view on things. Treat people how you'd like to be treated.

Do not post entirely in caps. It is considered 'shouting'.

Try to use correct spelling and grammar for the ease of site visitors.

Give the benefit of the doubt. Written word, as you may have noticed, has no intonation. This may mean that you interpret a post differently than it should be interpreted. Ask for clarification and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Be forgiving. Try to not hold grudges. Life's too short, no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes.
